Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for items within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and shall be conducted in English.
